Thank you to Esther and Cornelius for changing my heart about farmed animals.  I started my vegan journey for health and ended up discovering HEEFS.  I learned about a Wonder Pig and a Guard Turkey and my life was changed. I keep your spirits in my heart never to be forgotten.

Dear Professor Biggly Shortbus. Your time in my family was too short, like many of the kitties that find their way into my home. But I want to believe that the 4 years you were here were at least a soft landing pad for the many years prior that led you to be abandoned outside. You were just a crusty old fat boy kitty who didn't seek out attention, didn't use the litter box consistently, and who cared more about food than about other cats or people. But you were unapologetically true to who you were... a beloved member of my family who brought joy to us every day. We will all miss your big dumb face very much. Thank you for all of the smiles you brought to ours.
